1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Quantum Edge AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our financial technology app, Quantum Edge AI (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

Quantum Edge AI provides stock market forecasting services to users (“Services”). Our Services include, but are not limited to, the provision of financial data, market predictions, analytics, and other related tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our App and Services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of Quantum Edge AI may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription.
  • Billing: Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, as per the subscription plan you select.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any prepaid fees.

6. Use of the App

You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the App for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which may harm Quantum Edge AI or users of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any part thereof.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality included in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Quantum Edge AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • No Financial Advice: The content provided by Quantum Edge AI is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any financial forecasts or predictions.
  • No Warranties: The App and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Edge AI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App and Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
